If you grow, pack, process or export food and can document what you ship, we would like to hear from you.

What we look for

Documented capability beats a big catalogue

We are not looking for a PDF of everything you have ever handled. We are looking for a small number of products you can supply consistently, to a stated specification, with the paperwork to back it up.

Verifiable identity

Registered company name and address, registration number, website and a business email on your own domain. The bank-beneficiary name must match the contracting entity.

Real capacity

Harvest calendar, minimum order quantity, realistic weekly capacity, packaging options and your loading port or airport — not aspirational figures.

Applicable certification

GlobalG.A.P., HACCP, BRCGS, ISO 22000, organic, phytosanitary or health certificates as relevant to the product and destination market, with valid expiry dates.

Clear commercial terms

Price validity and currency, Incoterms, payment terms, and a sample policy. We compare at least three qualified offers on an identical specification.

Handling discipline

Evidence of cold-chain management where the product requires it, plus recent inspection reports, product photos and specifications.

Export track record

Markets you already ship to and references we can contact. First-time exporters are welcome, but the learning curve needs to be acknowledged openly.

How the conversation goes

Straightforward, and reasonably quick

We would rather tell you early that there is no fit than keep a file open for months.

  • You send a short capability summary — products, origin, season, capacity, certification.
  • We confirm whether it matches a live or expected buyer requirement.
  • If it does, we send a written specification and request an offer against it.
  • We collect qualification documents and verify the details independently.
  • Where terms work, we move to sample or trial order before any volume commitment.
