Trading scope
We quote across four categories rather than specialising in one. Availability is seasonal and origin-dependent, so treat this as a scope of work rather than a stock list — nothing here is held on speculation.
Programme volumes across the year rather than one season. Variety, calibre and maturity are agreed in writing before loading, and the freight mode is chosen against the ripeness window, not against the cheapest rate.
High-rotation lines where landed cost and arrival condition decide the trade. We work to grade and pack specifications that match the destination market — retail, wholesale or processing.
Bulk and bagged, sampled before contract. Moisture, admixture, broken percentage and screening tolerances are fixed at the outset so there is nothing left to argue about on arrival.
Ambient packaged goods for distributors, wholesalers and re-export. Shelf life on arrival, labelling language and destination registration are settled before the first pallet moves.
Why four categories
Trading fruit is not trading rice, and neither is trading packaged goods. Each category fails in its own way, so each is run to its own rules rather than to one generic process.
Product categories are subject to the activities and approvals on our trade licence. We do not import, store, sell or advertise products outside that scope.
Specification
A price with no specification attached is not an offer. Each quotation we issue carries the following, in writing.
