What we collect

We collect business contact and company information only. That means:

Company name, country, website and registration details
Business contact name, role, business email address and business phone or WhatsApp number
Product, capacity, certification and commercial information you provide
The source of each record and the date it was collected
Our correspondence with you and any follow-up actions arising from it

We do not seek personal information unrelated to a business relationship, and we do not knowingly collect information from or about children.

Where it comes from

Business contact details are obtained from information you send us directly, from publicly available business sources such as company websites and trade directories, and from legitimate business data providers. We record the source and collection date for every record.

How we use it

To assess whether a supply or purchase relationship is a realistic fit
To send a small volume of relevant, targeted business correspondence
To prepare quotations, requests for quotation and commercial documents
To meet record-keeping, accounting and legal obligations

We do not sell your data. We do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.

Our outreach practices

We keep business outreach deliberate and low-volume, and we hold ourselves to the following:

Truthful sender identity and subject lines — always
Our company details and a clear opt-out in every message
A permanent suppression list; once you opt out, we do not email you again
Human review of outreach messages rather than unattended automated sending
The rules of the recipient's own country applied, including consent requirements where sole traders and personal business addresses are involved

Cookies and analytics

This website sets no cookies and runs no analytics, advertising or tracking scripts. Web fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which means your browser makes a request to Google's servers to fetch them. Our contact forms do not transmit anything from this page — they open your own email application with the details formatted.

How long we keep it

Records are kept only for as long as there is a realistic prospect of a business relationship, or for as long as legal and accounting obligations require. Suppression-list entries are kept indefinitely, because that is the only way to guarantee we never contact you again.

Unsubscribe

Email sourcing@rebelglobaltrade.com with the word Unsubscribe in the subject line, from the address you want removed. We will add it to our permanent suppression list and confirm. No explanation is needed and we will not ask for one.

Security

We use authenticated business email with SPF, DKIM and DMARC configured, and we verify any change of bank details or unusual payment request manually through a known channel before acting on it. We will never ask you to change payment details by email alone.

We will update this page when our practices or our legal status change, and we will update the date at the top when we do.
